Pour rappel, les doits d'auteur sont perçus par les descendants d'André Waterkeyn, l'ingénieur qui a conçu l'Atomium en 1955, et non par l'a.s.b.l. Atomium.
Dans le cas précis et exclusif d'articles d'information liés aux festivités du 50ème anniversaire de l'Atomium et de l'Expo 58, les clichés privés à usage non-commercial et non-promotionel publiés en basse résolution (600 pixels de large max. / 72 dpi) sont exempts de droits. Toutefois, le copyright © Sabam 2008 - www.atomium.be doit être obligatoirement mentionné.
La presse, quant à elle, peut télécharger et utiliser les photos et documents iconographiques libres de droits présents dans notre salle de presse virtuelle. Pour chacun de ces clichés ou documents iconographiques, il est également impératif de mentionner, outre le copyright © Sabam 2008 - www.atomium.be, le copyright du photographe qui en est l'auteur.
