Auditorium André Waterkeyn (sphère centrale)
Cet auditorium, idéal pour des réunions de travail ou des conférences, est situé à l'étage supérieur de la sphère centrale de l'Atomium, à l'écart du bruit et du passage des visiteurs de l'édifice. Il dispose de sanitaires et de vestiaires et est équipé de chaises et de tables pouvant être disposées de différentes façons. Une réserve attenante à l'auditorium permet également d'envisager le rangement des chaises et des tables, de manière à dégager entièrement l'espace disponible aux utilisateurs.
Accès direct par ascenseur ou accès selon l'itinéraire des visiteurs à travers plusieurs sphères.
Tarifs:
- 1500 Euros HTVA, durant les week-ends et jours fériés et après 19 heures

- 70 personnes debout
- 50 personnes assises
- 30 personnes assises autour de tables
Sphère Ilya Prigogine (sphère latérale inférieure)
Cette sphère ne fait pas partie du circuit des visiteurs de l'Atomium et est réservée à l'organisation de différents types d'événements (conférences, concerts, spectacles, projections de films, déjeuners ou dîners, …). Ses fenêtres offrent une très belle vue panoramique sur les alentours de l'Atomium et sur Bruxelles. L'étage supérieur peut être entièrement occulté grâce à des rideaux. Cette salle est également équipée de chaises et de tables.
Les deux étages de cette sphère (qui dispose d'une cuisine équipée et de sanitaires dans sa partie inférieure) peuvent être loués ensemble ou séparément.
L'accès se fait par la sphère centrale de l'Atomium, par ascenseur et par escalier, ou selon l'itinéraire des visiteurs à travers plusieurs sphères.
Un système de monte-charge donnant directement à l'extérieur permet l'acheminement aisé de matériel et de marchandises.

- 2300 Euros HTVA, du lundi au vendredi entre 10 et 18 heures
- 2500 Euros HTVA, durant les week-ends et jours fériés et après 19 heures

Panorama (sphère supérieure)
Situé dans la sphère supérieure de l'Atomium, à plus de 95m de haut, vous pourrez découvrir tout Bruxelles et ses environs (jusqu'à Anvers par temps clair).
Des écrans interactifs placé au pied de chaque fenêtre proposent des vues détaillées des éléments majeurs du paysage environnant.
Tarifs:
- 1200 Euro HTVA, du lundi au vendredi après 19 heures.
- 1500 Euro HTVA, durant les week-end et jours fériés après 19 heures
Capacité:
- 100 personnes
L’entièreté de l’Atomium
Il est possible de louer l’entièreté des espaces intérieurs de l’Atomium après 19 heures.
Cette mise à disposition suppose qu’aucune modification ne soit faite dans les expositions et aménagements intérieurs des sphères habituellement destinées au public.

- 9000 Euros HTVA, du lundi au vendredi à partir de 19 heures
- 10000 Euros HTVA, durant les week-ends et jours fériés

Tarifs de location pour plusieurs jours
A partir de 3 jours d’occupation: 10 % de réduction sur les tarifs de location
A partir de 5 jours d’occupation: 15 % de réduction sur les tarifs de location
Procédure de réservation
Toute demande de réservation doit être introduite auprès de Sandra Libens, Responsable du service de location de l'asbl Atomium.
Toute réservation fait l'objet d'un accord signé entre l'asbl Atomium et le locataire au plus tard 48 heures avant l'événement. Un acompte de 50% du montant demandé doit être versé sur le compte de l'asbl Atomium à la signature de cet accord, les 50% restant étant versés au plus tard 24 heures avant l'événement.

Droit de bouchon
Il est possible d'organiser un événement à l'Atomium avec un service traiteur extérieur.
Dans ce cas, un "droit de bouchon" de 20% sur le tarif de location est demandé.
Remarques
- Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur de l’Atomium;
- Il est interdit de danser à l’intérieur de l’Atomium;
- L’image de l’Atomium étant protégée depuis 1958, toute utilisation de celle-ci doit préalablement faire l’objet d’une autorisation de l’asbl Atomium;
- Toute projection lumineuse de logos et slogans publicitaires sur les sphères de l’Atomium est interdite.
- Tout placement d’affiches, de drapeaux et autres éléments décoratifs ou promotionnels aux abords, à l’entrée et à l’intérieur de l’Atomium doit préalablement faire l’objet d’une autorisation de l’asbl Atomium;
- L’installation d’équipements et constructions provisoires (tentes, stands,…) aux abords de l’Atomium doit préalablement faire l’objet d’une autorisation de l’asbl Atomium et de la Ville de Bruxelles;
- La réservation d’emplacements de parking aux abords de l’Atomium, le long du boulevard du Centenaire, doit préalablement faire l’objet d’une autorisation de l’asbl Atomium et de la police de Bruxelles.
- Le tarif de location comprend le service de sécurité, l'assistance technique, les charges liées à l'utilisation de l'air conditionné, du chauffage, du nettoyage ainsi que des chaises et tables.

Naar gelang van de gewenste sferen kunnen evenementen elke dag worden georganiseerd vanaf 10 uur of slechts vanaf 19 uur.
De huurprijzen schommelen volgens de aanvragen, op basis van de hieronder aangegeven prijzen.
De ondernemingen die lid zijn van de vzw Club Atomium genieten belangrijke kortingen op deze tarieven.
Zaal André Waterkeyn (centrale sfeer bovenste verdieping)
Onmiddellijke toegankelijkheid per lift of via de bezoekersroute langsheen meerdere sferen.
Enkel te huren vanaf 19u00.
Tarieven:
- 1500 Euro Excl. BTW, tijdens het weekend tijdens de feestdagen en na 19 uur.
Capaciteit:
- 70 rechtstaande personen
- 50 zittende personen
- 30 zittende personen rond tafels
De sfeer Ilya Prigogine (laterale sfeer gelegen aan de zijde)
Deze sfeer maakt geen deel uit van het bezoekerscircuit van het Atomium en is voorbehouden voor de organisatie van verschillende types van evenementen (conferenties, concerten, spektakels, filmprojecties, ontbijten, of diners). De bovenste zaal is voorzien van stoelen en tafels
Dankzij de ramen (die uitgerust zijn met gordijnen en bijgevolg volledig afgeschermd kunnen worden) kan u genieten van een prachtig panoramisch zicht op de omgeving van het Atomium en van Brussel.
De twee verdiepingen van deze sfeer zijn uitgerust met een ingerichte keuken en het nodige sanitair (benedenste verdieping) en kunnen afzonderlijk of samen worden verhuurd.
De toegang is voorzien via de centrale sfeer van het Atomium, met de lift en met de trap of via de bezoekersroute langs meerdere sferen.
Dankzij een goederenlift die rechtstreeks buiten uitgeeft, is het mogelijk om het materiaal en de goederen vlotjes te vervoeren.

Panorama (onderste verdieping)
Al wandelend door deze spectaculaire ruimte, ontdekken we Brussel, op een hoogte van 95 meter.
Elke venster is voorzien van een interactief scherm waardoor u gedetailleerde informatie kan verkrijgen over de meest betekenisvolle elementen uit de omgeving.
Tarieven:
- 1200 Euro Excl. BTW, van maandag tot vrijdag na 19 uur
- 1500 Euro Excl. BTW, tijdens het weekend, feestdagen en na 19 uur.
Capaciteit:
- 100 rechtstaande personen
Het Atomium in haar geheel
Vanaf 19 uur is het mogelijk om het Atomium volledig af te huren.
Deze dienst vereist wel dat er geen veranderingen mogen worden aangebracht aan de tentoonstellingen en de interieurinrichting van de sferen, die zijn voorbehouden voor de bezoekers.

- 9000 Euro Excl. BTW, van maandag tot vrijdag na 19 uur
- 10000 Euro Excl. BTW, tijdens het weekend, feestdagen en na 19 uur.

- 800 personen
Huurprijzen voor meerdere dagen
Vanaf de 3de bezette dag: 10% korting op de huurprijzen
Vanaf de 5de bezette dag: 15% korting op de huurprijzen
Reservatieprocedure
Elke reserveringsaanvraag moet voorgelegd worden aan Sandra Libens, Verantwoordelijke voor de verhuring van de zalen van de vzw Atomium.
Elke reservering maakt het voorwerp uit van een ondertekend akkoord tussen de vzw Atomium en de huurder ten laatste 48 uur voor het evenement.
Een voorschot van 50 % van het gevraagde bedrag moet gestort worden op het rekeningnummer van het de vzw Atomium bij de ondertekening van dit akkoord, de resterende 50% wordt ten laatste 24 uur voor het evenement gestort.

Kurkrecht
Het is mogelijk om in het Atomium een evenement te organiseren met een externe traiteurdienst.
In dat geval zal er een “kurkrecht” van 20 % op het huurtarief gevraagd worden.
Opmerkingen
- Het is verboden te roken in het Atomium
- Het is verboden te dansen in het Atomium
- Het beeld van het Atomium is beschermd sinds 1985, elk gebruik hiervan moet meteen worden aangevraagd en goedgekeurd door de vzw Atomium
- Het is verboden om projecties van elke aard (logo’s, reclameslogans,…) af te beelden op de sferen van het Atomium.
- Elke plaatsing van affiches, borden, vlaggen, of andere decoratieve of promotionele elementen binnen of buiten het Atomium moeten op voorhand worden aangevraagd en moeten worden goedgekeurd door de vzw Atomium
- De installatie van uitrusting en tijdelijke constructies ( standjes, tenten,…) in de directe omgeving van het Atomium moeten worden goedgekeurd door de vzw Atomium en het Stad Brussel;
- De reservatie van parkeerplaatsen in de directe omgeving van het Atomium , de Eeuwfeestlaan, moet op voorhand worden goedgekeurd door de vzw Atomium en de Politie van Brussel
- Het huurtarief houdt, behoudens het ter beschikking stellen van de zaal, het volgende in: bewakingspersoneel en technische assistentie, verwarmingskosten en airconditioning, schoonmaak, het ter beschikking stellen van tafels en stoelen.

The andré Waterkeyn Auditorium (central phere)
This auditorium, which is ideal for meetings, conferences and lectures, is on the upper floor of the Atomium’s central sphere, well away from the noise of visitors to the building. It has its own toilet facilities and cloakrooms and is furnished with chairs and tables, which can be arranged in a variety of ways. Adjoining storage space means that the furniture can be removed leaving the entire space available to the client.
Easy and direct access by lift or by following the visitors’ itinerary through several spheres.
Cost:
- 1500 Euros, excl. VAT, weekends, public holidays and after 7pm

The Ilya Prigogine sphere (lower lateral sphere)
This sphere is not open to the general public visiting the Atomium and is reserved solely for event hire (lectures, concerts, theatre events, film projections, lunches or dinners). Its windows (equipped with curtains for blackouts) offer a stunning panorama of the area surrounding the Atomium and of Brussels
This sphere has two floors, which can be hired together or separately. They have toilet facilities and a fully equipped kitchen.
Access is available through the central sphere of the Atomium, by lift or staircase, or by following the visitor’s itinerary through several other spheres.
A hoist system from the exterior of the sphere allows easy access for equipment and goods.

- 2300 Euros, excl. VAT, from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm
- 2500 Euros, excl. VAT, weekends, public holidays and after 7pm

Panorama (upper sphere-lower floor)
By walking around this circular space the visitor can see various views over Brussels from a height of 95 metres. Every window has an interactive screen from which the visitor can obtain detailed information on the more significant points of the landscape.

- 1500 Euros, excl. VAT, weekends, public holidays after 7pm

The entire renting of the Atomium
Starting from 7 pm it is possible to rent the entire Atomium.
This service demands that no changes can be made to the expositions and the interior layout of the spheres, which our reserved for the visitors.

How to reserve
All reservations must be made through Sandra Libens, rentals manager for the Atomium asbl.
All reservations take the form of a binding agreement made between the client and the Atomium asbl, at the latest 48 hours before the event. A deposit of 50% of the total must be transferred to the Atomium asbl bank account at the time of signing the agreement. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 24 hours before the event.

Corkage charge
It is permissible to use outside caterers for an event at the Atomium and, in that case, there will be a corkage charge of 20% of the rental price.
Remarks
- It is forbidden to smoke in the Atomium
- It is forbidden to dance in the Atomium
- The image of the Atomium is protected since 1958, every use of it should be requested for authorisation to the asbl Atomium
- It is forbidden in any way to project (logos, publicity slogans,…) on the spheres of the Atomium
- Every placement from promotional elements like posters, panels, flags or any other kind of promotional decoration inside or outside the Atomium should be requested for authorisation to the asbl - Atomium and the police of Brussels.
- The installation of equipment and temporary constructions (standings, tents, …) should be requested for authorisation to the asbl Atomium and the city of Brussels.
- The reservation of parking nearby the Atomium should be requested for permission to the asbl Atomium and the police of Brussels.
- The rental charges include security staff and technical assistance, heating and air-conditioning charges, cleaning, the use and installation of chairs and tables.
